USER RIGHTS EXERCISE

  1. RIGHT OF ACCESS

The right of access is the right of every interested person to request and obtain, free of charge from the Data Controller, information of their personal data submitted, where appropriate, as well as communications or transfers to third parties, made or planned to be made  thereof.

  1. RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION

It is the right of the affected person to modify the data that concerns him and that prove to be inaccurate or incomplete.

  1. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

It is the right to request the Data Controller to cease the use of the data. This request will result in a blocking of the user’s personal data, which will be saved according to the deadlines set by the legislation. Through the exercise of this right, OION will not be able to provide its services since the cancellation / deletion is effective.

  1. RIGHT OF OPPOSITION

The right of an interested party not to carry out the processing of their personal data, or to cease such treatment.

  1. RIGHT OF PORTABILITY

The right to data portability is a complement to the right of access by which the copy provided to the affected party must be offered in a structured format, commonly used and mechanical reading.

You may also request, through the exercise of this right, that OION send all your personal data to other Data Controller.

  1. RIGHT OF LIMITATION OF TREATMENT

The right to obtain the limitation of the processing of personal data from the Data Controller. By exercising this right, you may limit the treatment we make of your personal data.

  1. RIGHT OF SUPRESSION

The right to be forgotten is the manifestation of the traditional rights of and cancellation and opposition applied to internet search engines. The ‘right to forget’ refers to the right to prevent the dissemination of personal information through the internet when its publication does not meet the adequacy and relevance requirements set forth in the regulations. Specifically, it includes the right to limit the universal and indiscriminate dissemination of personal data in general search engines when the information is obsolete or no longer relevant or public interest, even if the original publication is legitimate.
